Abstract

The paper presents a composite resonant switching method that provides soft switching at zero current and zero voltage. A comparative analysis of the efficiency and the advantages of using a new composite resonant method over the basic options of soft switching in high-power converters of electrical energy are shown. The energy balance method has been used to evaluate the quantitative indicators of the circulating energy between the resonant circuit, the power supply and the load.
