MACKEY type S miniaturized using short circuit plate

Abstract

Meta-surface inspired antenna chip developed by KIT EOE Laboratory (MACKEY) that operates not only in a free space but also on a metal plate has proposed. In this paper, two new types of MACKEY with shorting plates and how to make them are proposed.
