Procedure and test-fixture for measurements of the time of tuning of ferroelectric varactors

Abstract

Procedure of measurements and corresponding test-fixture to define the time of tuning of microwave ferroelectric varactors under dc and pulse control voltages are presented. Performance capability of test-fixture is illustrated by results of measurements of thin film and ceramic (bulk) varactors.
