Abstract

This article discusses the energy-saving efficiency of streetlights using two operating modes, namely timer mode and light intensity mode. Energy measurements are carried out in real time through an IoT-based smart streetlight monitoring system. The data used to compare the energy consumption in the two modes is the power and the length of time the streetlights are on. The results of this comparison will show the value of energy savings.
