The most competitive companies has been worried in making more right, in reducing the delivery time, in to store relevant information, among others ways, creating specific mechanisms for this. Aiming at to innovate the management practical of an nourishing company, this work presents a model of implementation of a new management process of integrated development of products and promote an analysis of its main essential aspects. Using the methodology of case study it was possible to understand such aspects, through the presentation of a model that was constructed involving about 50 processes and 30 documents, developed in cycles and getting approvals for the directive body for phases.
