Abstract

Peroxidase – one of the proteins associated with pathogenesis – has been found to react specifically in wheat genotype x temperature x F. oxysporum / D. sorokiniana interactions, both at the level of integral activity and of particular isoforms. Relevant isoforms have been identified, the activity of which has been significantly increased in the action of pathogens, which indicates their important role in the defensive reactions of wheat plants against the causative agents of root rot.
温度和真菌病原菌对普通小麦过氧化物酶活性的影响
