The implementation of artificial intelligence in different industries has brought profound changes in production processes. However, it is the banking industry that has benefited most from this type of technology. Concentrating on client services and accepting the idiosyncrasies of people they serve, small financial institutions, banks, and financial unions can teach big institutions what it means to be close to the clients. AI, Blockchain, virtual reality and augmented reality are striving to attract more customers towards social networks banking.
