Abstract

This paper explains the influence of the tape-core layer number to the demagnetization factor of a fluxgate sensor. The demagnetization factor was calculated based on the physical dimension, the self-inductance of coil without inserting the core (Lno_core) and by inserting the core (Lcore) of the sensor.
