Abstract

Ways of formation of qualitative structure and quantitative characteristics of a rain drain are shown, data on their concentration in Vladivostok are cited. Some results of natural researches of a territories condition and a rain network of a city are presented. Actions for reduction of negative influence of a rain drain on sea water areas of Vladivostok are developed.
