We first define the energy efficient controls of LTE-Advanced cells in cooperative mode and raise a heuristic algorithm to support the on-off optimal control of LTE-Advanced cooperative eNodeBs, especially when and which eNodeB will be changed into sleep mode and which one(s) need to be waken up. Abstract
