Parameters measurement of power amplifier using vector network analyzer

Abstract

This paper presents the setup for power amplifier measurement using the vector network analyzer that accompanies the internal directional coupler. In addition, the procedures of s-parameter and power calibrations are introduced. The obtained results are presented and discussed.
