If Occupational Safety and Occupational Health Affect Employee Performance?

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of occupational safety and occupational health variables on employee performance at PT. PLN ULP Nganjuk. Using a quantitative research method approach, those effect is tested by multiple linear regression analysis. Several research instruments are used to collect research data. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires and documents. As a result, occupational safety variable affects employee performance. And so do occupational health variable, these variables have an influence on employee performance.
