Abstract
This paper presents an improved feedback-assisted low complexity WZVC scheme. The performance of this scheme is improved by two enhancements: an improved mode-based key frame encoding and a 3DRS-assisted (three-dimensional recursive search assisted) motion estimation algorithm for WZ encoding.
