A switched capacitor bandsplit filter using double polysilicon oxide isolated CMOS

Abstract

This paper will describe a bandsplit filter IC, with the chip containing two bandpass filters, Schmitt input comparators and necessary clock logic to perform front end functions of a DTMF receiver.
