The purpose of this study was to analyze the secondary metabolites compound of Casuarina equisetifolia L. and Casuarina junghuhniana Mig. using the Fransworth phytochemical screening method of bark ethanol extracts. The analysis of phytochemical screening of spruce bark shows flavonoid, saponin and tannin activity, while the montain spruce shows alkaloid, steroid, saponin and tannin activity. Abstract

The use of medicinal plants as natural medicine is increasingly trend and developing rapidly to prevent and treat disease, also maintain human health. Spruce plants belong to Casuarinaceae family and Magnoliophyta, generally contain of secondary metabolite compounds such as: alkaloid, saponin, polyphenol, flavonoid, and tannin that can be efficacious to cure diseases in human. 药用植物作为天然药物的使用越来越有趋势,发展迅速,以预防和治疗疾病,也维护人类的健康。云杉属木麻黄科和厚朴科植物,一般含有生物碱、皂苷、多酚、类黄酮、单宁等次生代谢产物,对人体疾病有治疗作用。本研究的目的是分析木麻黄和木麻黄的次生代谢产物化合物。采用Fransworth植物化学筛选法对树皮乙醇提取物进行筛选。对云杉树皮进行植物化学筛选分析,显示黄酮类、皂苷类和单宁类活性,而山杉树皮显示生物碱、甾体、皂苷类和单宁类活性。云杉作为传统药材的民族药学信息有待进一步研究。关键词:云杉植物;筛选;提取;分析;植物化学的;次生代谢物
