The Influence of COVID-19 on Agricultural Economy and the New Mode of Information Development

Abstract

The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020 had a comprehensive impact on China's agriculture and rural areas. The epidemic has had a profound impact on the development of agricultural production, the sales of rural agricultural products, the employment of migrant workers and rural tourism, and has seriously affected the process of agricultural development and rural revitalization in China. The continuous development of information industry brings new opportunities for the recovery of agricultural economy. This paper will put forward a new agricultural economic development model from the perspective of information technology, and make suggestions for the recovery and development of China's agricultural economy.
