Abstract
The present paper introduces a method for voltage profile mitigation aiming at solving voltage deviations through LV flexibility activation based on voltage sensitivity analysis in unbalanced LV distribution system. This method aims to help the DSO to benefit of the flexibility available on a given LV network to solve voltage constraints, while minimizing the cost of LV flexibility offer activation. First, the three-phase voltage sensitivity matrix formulation is presented, in order to compute voltage sensitivity coefficients with respect to node power modulation in each phase. Then, two heuristic methods are compared in order to solve voltage deviations in a LV unbalanced system while minimizing flexibility activation cost. An ameliorative heuristic method is also presented in order to refine the solution. Test results of these methods applied for a LV unbalanced distribution system are then displayed and compared to MINLP resolution.
