The second largest margin obtained by processor A is IDR 32,000 or 28.6%. The cultivators get a margin of IDR 15,000 or 14.02%. The collectors get a margin of IDR 2,000 or 1.87%. Meanwhile, borg received a margin of IDR 3,000 or 2.8%. Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the mapping of milkfish especially processed milkfish in Sidoarjo and to determine the improvement of the processed milkfish value chain.
