Abstract

This paper presents a design, fabrication and characterization of a 60 GHz lambda/4-patch antenna compatible with a benzeocyclobutene polymer packaging. The patch and ground plane size are adjusted to reduce the antenna size for matching to the package size. The designed size was 2times2times0.05 mm3.
