Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Trans Kalla Makassar, the findings of this study indicate. This indicates that the greater an employee's work discipline, the greater their performance. Similarly, the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT Trans Kalla Makassar is positive and significant. Abstract

This study's objective was to examine and ascertain the impact of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Trans Kalla Makassar.
