Laboratory Pranata is a functional position in the world of education which was previously known as Laboratory Assistant and Technician. Education Laboratory Institution (PLP) is a position that has the scope of duties, responsibilities, and authority to manage the educational laboratory occupied by Civil Servants (PNS) with the rights and obligations given in full by the authorized official. The purpose of this research is to analyze the workload and determine the needs of the Education Laboratory Institution staff using workload analysis. The research method of analyzing human resource needs is based on workload analysis. From the research, the results of the analysis between workload analysis and competence can be drawn as a result that there are 26 existing employees.
