To check variations in power factor fuzzy logic control is implemented with a DC-DC boost converter. The power factor is calculated for 3 phase and simulation was carried out using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Abstract

The Utilities and the users of electricity are very much perturbed about the quality of power. Since the 1980s the word power quality is becoming one of the most copious terms in the particular industry. Mainly, power quality involves different issues like sag, swell, power factor variation, power pollution due to harmonics and lots more.
