The Karmakode variety has shown a high adap-tive capability to in vitro conditions and no response to the drugs used. 363 shoots were formed. In the variants with salicylic acid (0.77 mg/l) and Cefotaxim (100 mg/l), there was a suppression of regenerative ability. In the variety Ilya on the nutrient medium with Melafen, the cut of shoots increased com-pared to control by 2.6 times. When re-entering the culture of variety Preobragenie better micropropagation was marked. 73 shoots were cut. The predominant effect of apical meristems in comparison with chemo-therapy has been revealed. Abstract

葡萄新品种引种离体培养的特殊性
