The phenomenon of coastal erosion has caused serious socio-economic consequences such as loss of residential land, threatened to destroy sea-dyke works, separate traffic routes. In addition, it also causes social consequences for coastal communities. To reduce the above consequences and to ensure the stability of sea-dyke works, synchronous and long-term strategic solutions is required. Therefore, it is necessary to study solutions to improve the quality of sea dykes. Abstract

Sea dykes play an essentially important role in disaster prevention. Sea dyke is one of the important constructions that always are noted at the highest level of protection. Therefore, these protections and improving the quality of sea dykes is considered a particularly important task.
