The project was divided into 3 stages: Diagnosis and Strategy, Communication Project and Delivery. In the diagnosis stage, the immersion showed that there was a communication gap, in order to inform the products needed for donation and, at the same time, encourage people to donate. The strategy defined that the project would be based on the production of an institutional video and the creation of posts that strengthen social networks.
