The Design of a Handlebar Appearance Detection System Based on Machine Vision

Abstract

It proposes a new detection system to detect handlebar appearance based on machine vision technology. This system is mainly composed of motor drive module, communication module, image processing module, operation control module, etc. System mainly uses image processing technology to process the information of detected object collected by camera in order to determine whether the detected object can meet the requirements, as well as focusing on detecting scratches, stains, grooves on the surface of the detected object, the system is capable of quickly and efficiently completing the detection. Especially for those objects that need comprehensive detection.
