The realization of real-time interaction and data fusion between physical factory and virtual factory is one of the bottlenecks to realize intelligence. To avoid this issue, it is necessary to design a dynamic monitoring system of prefabricated component production line based on digital twin technology. The system architecture includes physical layer, data layer, virtual layer and application layer, and the interconnection of all levels of the monitoring system is realized by using information technologies such as the Internet of Things, PLC and MES. Through data integration display and virtual factory display, the on-site comprehensive monitoring and intelligent simulation analysis of the production line can accurately locate the abnormal conditions in the production process, which can provide early warning and optimization decisions quickly.
