The approach of this research is quantitative, while the sampling in this study is a saturated sample where a total of 36 employees of PT. Adhi Persada Properti Surabaya as respondents. The data in this study were analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 software on computer. Further research shows that compensation and bonus distribution have a significant positive relationship on job satisfaction while job satisfaction has a significant positive relationship on employee performance. Abstract

PT. Adhi Persada Properti is a subsidiary of PT. Adhi Karya. The company is engaged in the residential, commercial building and property management sectors. This company was created in 1993. This study aims to find out the relationship between compensation and bonus distribution on job satisfaction and employee performance of PT. Adhi Persada Properti Surabaya branch.
