Anatomical features of the tendon of the long head of the biceps of the shoulder

Abstract

This review highlights and summarizes the main features of the anatomy of the tendon of the long head of the biceps of the shoulder (LHBS Literature data on the structure, age and morphological peculiarities were collected, and predictors of inflammation of the LHBS tendon were identified. Anatomical features determine the tactics and efficacy of surgical treatment.
