Research on Quality Control of Reconstruction Project Based on TRIZ

Abstract

The transformation project is easy to be concealed. In engineering practice, the emergence of concealed works is mostly due to technical reasons, and the control measures in advance for concealed works are often insufficient. Aiming at these problems, this paper will build a quality control model of concealed works based on TRIZ, obtain a kind of control measures in advance, improve the content of technical preparation, in order to reduce the emergence of concealed works and solve the shortage of quality control. Finally, the model is applied to the quality control of the monitoring system transformation project of Chengdu detention center.
