Abstract
In this work the mutual phase locking theory of the nonidentical magnetoelectric spin-torque nanooscillators, which is based on the macrospin approximation, considering the theory of nonlinear oscillations, is developed. We calculate the output power of the network of mutually coupled spin-torque oscillators and output frequency in the phase-locked regime. We introduce a generalization of this approach to the networks of spin-torque nanooscillators and noises systems. Magnetoelectric spin-torque oscillators are based on the two nanosized ferromagnetic layers La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 (LSMO) and Au separated by barrier multiferroic layer (2nm thickness) La0.1Bi0.9MnO3 (LBMO) mediated by dc-current.
