Abstract
Analog-to-digital converter (ADC) nonlinear errors limit the performance of signal-processing systems, Identified ADC model could be used to estimate an inverse calibration model in order to compensate the errors. This paper presents a novel time-delay-based power series modeling method to identify ADC nonlinear behavior considering phase effect.
