According to the model, a intercellular communication network figure can be got. We transformed the raw data into a network format designating cells as nodes and cytokine connections as edges. This model creates a new platform that discuss the cytokine. Experimental results can be directly observed and analyzed through the network figure, which provides a new kind of analysis method for future studies of cytokines and cells interaction.
