The Application of Digital Technology in Interior Design Education

Abstract

Interior design is the refinement and extension in space for the architectural design, which is a cross-disciplinary that is an aspect of the collection of space, style, color, lighting, material. Due to the development of the virtual reality technology and programming software, making indoor designer has conditions to create a more realistic and humanized interactive virtual display platform, which has brought new changes for interior design and decoration industry, as well as a new visual space for interior design. This paper is designed to discuss the digital technology used in the process of interior design teaching operability, convenience, high efficiency at each stage, based on the comparison of the mode of traditional teaching form and digital technology design form.
