Influencia de la adherencia terapéutica en la finalización del tratamiento en personas adictas.

Abstract

One of the main problems encountered by professionals dedicated to addiction treatment is insufficient or inadequate compliance by users with the prescriptions given during the therapeutic process. The objective of the study is to know how therapeutic adherence influences addiction treatment alcohol and how aspects of the therapeutic process are related to contribute to the success of the process. For this, a cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out with 108 participants from an Addiction Treatment Center. The results reveal that a high number of users finish the treatment (26.9%) and that those pe-ople who present alcohol consumption, who attend all the check-ups during the first three months and do not present any relapse during the treatment, are more likely to finish the treatment. the
