Abstract

This paper tries to reanalyze the characteristics of the electric field according to the classical equations, and proposes a new way to refined the boundary of far-field involved the distance and the elevation angle. For the indoor WLAN applications, both the elevation angle and the distance should be considered to determine the far-field region. By the ways of comparing the phase of electric field, the difference phase is obtained.
