Abstract

This paper describes a calibration device of high voltage capacitance bridge developed by National Institute of Metrology, China (NIM). The capacitance ratios are from 1/1 to 1000/1 with a MPE of $\pm 1\times 10^{-5}$, and dissipation factor (D) values are from 0.00001 to 0.1 with a MPE of $\pm(0.1\%\times\mathrm{D}+0.00001)$. A control program was developed by Labview software, which can automatically control the connection of the internal components, switch the measuring point under high voltage (HV).
