Administrative suspension: theoretical and legal characteristics

Abstract

The article analyzes administrative suspension as a measure of administrative responsibility. Taking into account the logic of the research, the authors address the nature of legal liability, on the basis of which they characterize the administrative suspension. Next, a system of reasoning is built about the feasibility of modernizing administrative legislation in terms of the legal format of administrative suspension.
