First, the best loading layers of cargoes on pallets is determined by analyzing the factors that cargoes packing, pallet size, carriers, vehicles and so on. Referring to the theory of cargo container loading, the maximum packing of the cargos is taken as the objective function, the stability of vertical and horizontal is analyzed, the carriage, pallet and packing of goods bearing capacity is considered, then the constraint model is established. According to the characteristics of optimization model, parallel multi-population biased random-key genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.
