Abstract

As an Emergency Manager in the present times, it is evident that are and will be new challenges to be met. Whether dealing with community or organizational response to COVID or planning for a cyber-attack that could take down critical utilities or cripple business operations, it is apparent that the challenges for the Emergency Manager are vast. At no time has there been more of a need for an Emergency Manager. For the Emergency Manager to be effective, he or she must understand specific laws, policies, and best practices.
