Abstract

This study discusses the factors that influence the successful adoption of e-learning system in Indonesia. This study analyzed eight independent variables (system quality, information quality, service quality, organizational structure, organizational environment, user experiance, computer self efficay, social influance), two intervening variables that user satisfaction and intention to use, and one variable dependent is net benefit. This study uses a model-FIT HOT modified and adapted to the circumstances of adoption of e-learning in Indonesia. Based on the findings of the hypothesis that there are six strong influence on the adoption of e-learning.
