Meeting the needs of older people with mental handicaps

Abstract

Service providers are starting to look at the needs of older people with mental handicaps, at both national and local levels. This article describes developments over a period of two-and-a-half years in which links were developed between Age Concern, a community mental handicap team, and other community resources.
