Abstract

The article considers management intellectualization as the basis for achieving the economic interests of an enterprise in the context of the formation of a post-industrial society. The process of intellectualizing the management of economic security of enterprises in the IT sector is justified, which is associated with the importance of organizing and motivating management personnel to systematically increase knowledge.
