The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of kelambu siti cadres in early detection of high-risk pregnant women. This type of research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 61 active cadres at Nanggulan Public Health Center. Sampling was all active kelambu siti cadres in Nanggulan Kulon Progo Public Health Center in 2020. From the results of data analysis, it was found that most of the kelambu siti cadres were over the age of 35 years, 81.97%, 62.30% did not work (housewives). Judging from the average education level of high school / university is 91.80%, and the length of time as a cadre over 1 year is 98.36%. Most of the knowledge level of kelambu siti cadres about high-risk pregnancy is good, namely as many as 88.52%. In general, the implementation of early detection of high-risk pregnant women by kelambu siti cadres of Nanggulan Public Health Center is good. It is hoped that cadres will always increase their knowledge about high-risk pregnancies in an effort to reduce cases of maternal and infant mortality.
