Abstract
Newer technologies and innovations are emerging at a faster rate for easing the lives of humans. With the advancement in technology, there has been a sharp rise in industrialization. Yet even today, most industries have to deploy manpower to maintain a check on the threat levels and disaster management. Considering all these factors, the paper proposes a prototype for designing and constructing an industrial robot for threat identification. The proposed system reduces the workload on the factory personnel by providing continuous monitoring for any disasters. The robot aims to detect the type of disaster by identifying the relevant color code assigned to each threat and sending the corresponding alert over a communication module to the computer host.
