Keadaan pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi beban kerja tenaga medis yang berjaga di instalasi gawat darurat rumah sakit Bahtramas. Dapat dilihat dari beban mental, beban fisik, kebutuhan waktu, beban kinerja, beban usaha dan beban emosi.Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui perbedaan beban kerja tenaga medis IGD umum sebelum dan selama terjadi pandemi COVID-19 di RSUD Bahteramas Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimenHasil : Menunjukkan ada perbedaan variabel yang diteliti sebelum dan selama pandemi dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% (0,05) nilai sig (p-value) adalah 0,000 untuk variabel beban mental, beban fisik, kebutuhan waktu, beban usaha dan beban emosi. Sedangkan beban kinerja menunjukkan nilai sig (p-value) 0,025 dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% (0,05).Kesimpulan : Ada perbedaan variabel beban kerja (beban mental, beban fisik, kebutuhan waktu, beban kinerja, beban usaha dan beban emosi) tenaga medis IGD umum sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 di RSUD Bahteramas, sehingga agar beban kerja tidak berlebih diperlukan perhatian terhadap hal-hal yang dapat menpengaruhi seperti tugas fiisk maupun mental. AbstractBackground : Workload is a matter related to the physical and psychological or mental condition of an employee. The state of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the workload of medical personnel on guard at the Bahtramas hospital emergency. It can be seen from mental burden, physical burden, time requirement, performance load, operating expenses and emotional burden.Objectives : To determine the difference in the workload of general ER medical personnel before and during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi ProvinceMethods : The study used an experimental research design.Results : Showed that there were differences in the variables studied before and during the pandemic, with a confidence level of 95% (0.05) sig value (p-value) was 0.000 for the variables of mental burden, physical burden, time requirement, business burden and emotional burden.
