The proposed system monitors the congestion window size in the kernel space and transmits it to the userspace via /proc filesystem. Abstract

A communication throughput is an important performance of a smartphone, in particular for big data applications. The output speed is controlled by its congestion control algorithm that is running in its kernel space.
