PERSEPSI PEREMPUAN TERHADAP PERCERAIAN: Studi Analisis Terhadap Meningkatnya Angka Gugatan Cerai di Pengadilan Agama Padang

Abstract

Divorce suit proposed by women to Padang religious court has a significant increase of around 62% - 67% of all divorce cases. Woman perception on divorce is not taboo and embarrassing. Divorce as a solution to resolve the problem or the prolonged conflict in the family is not something scary, and the suit to propose a divorce is women’s rights given by the law.
