Abstract

A novel variation of the conventional reentrant structure in combination with the modified bar transmission lines is proposed. By properly choosing their parameters, it is possible to create the version of the device that has suitable range of input voltage standing-wave ratio (VSWR) performance and power division. Prototype of this device has been successfully realized on a coaxial implementation. The proposed device with the modified reentrant structure is suitable candidate for mobile communication systems.
