Pengaruh Fear of Missing Out terhadap Keinginan Stalking Pengguna Instagram di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Along with the development of the times and the world which is currently being hit by the pandemic Covid-19, causing limitations for everyone to carry out various activities so they choose to spend more time on social media which in this case the researcher will discuss one of the platforms The most commonly used is Instagram. The variety of features offered by Instagram, allows users to see various things from all over the world. This study aims to determine the effect of fear of missing out with the desire to stalk Instagram users during the pandemic Covid-19, using quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out online using a questionnaire and distributed via Google Form. After the data was obtained, the researchers processed the data using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23 program with Parametric Correlation Analysis through the Pearson Correlation Test. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the researchers found that there was an influence between fear of missing out on the desire stalking of Instagram users during the pandemic Covid-19 with a significance value of <0.05.
